On Highway 19 between Borre and Horten in Norway, Comlight sensors control the light on a bike- and walking path that runs parallel to the motorway.
In this particular installation, the challenge was maintaining robust detection of pedestrians and cyclists, while avoiding interference from the vehicles on the road. By planning installation heights, sensor direction, and sensitivity parameters, the Comlight sensors were given optimal conditions for successfully robust detections.
